Sigil of Lilith trinket
Sigil of Lilith is an unlockable trinket in Samael, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a friendly demon baby if Isaac does not have one.
The baby can evolve into stronger forms by clearing enough rooms with it alive.
At first the baby acts exactly the same as Giant Cell's familiars.
After clearing three rooms with it, it will evolve into a stronger friendly demon monster.
If it dies, Isaac will get a new one in the next room.
How to unlock?
Defeat The Beast as Tainted Samael.
