XIII consumable
XIII is an unlockable consumable in Samael, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Takes Isaac to a special Death Deal room where he must choose 1 out of 2-4 deals.
Each deal requires Isaac to give up one of his items for a new one.
Deals may offer items from the Angel Room, Devil Room, or Death Deal item pools.
How to unlock?
Defeat Ultra Greedier as Samael.
