XIII? consumable
XIII? is an unlockable consumable in Samael, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Enemies in the room will endlessly respawn after 6.67-26.67 seconds until Isaac takes damage.
Afterwards, spawns rewards based on the total damage dealt to enemies.
Being alive for a long time will make exploding ghosts appear (similar to The Beast fight), that target Isaac.
How to unlock?
Defeat Ultra Greedier as Tainted Samael.
