Does not appear in any item pools.

Obtained by using Mama Mega! on Rock Bottom.

While heldIsaac stats cannot be lowered (like Rock Bottom, but provides no "fake" stats)
Devil Deals are cheaper.

On taking any form of damage:
5% chance for Cracked Rock to break, removing all boosts and returning stats to original values.
