Doodle Heart is a passive item in TBOI Ascension, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Does not appear in any item pools.

Obtained by having Fruit Cake, Playdough Cookie, Sacred Heart in Moving Box

On pickup Grants a chance to fire special crayon tears that have unique effects:

Blue: Freezes, slows, and weakens enemies.

Red: Massive damage multiplier and burning effect. Also explodes on impact

Green: High poison and spore damage.

Yellow: Adds electricity ( Jacob's Ladder) and a Godhead aura

White: Holy light effect. Also spawns bunch of holy light beams that deal 20% of Isaac's damage on bosses and grants I-Frames upon killing an enemy.

The chance to trigger an effect scales with Luck, reaching 100% at 5 Luck.

+2.3x damage. multiplier
+1 damage.
-0.2 tears.
+0.45 range.
-0.25 shot speed.

This item contributes towards the Seraphim transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +3 Soul Hearts.
