Omen Globe is a passive item in TBoI: Regambled, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
This Voucher can only be obtained while playing as 
Jimbo or 
Tainted Jimbo.
Only available if any player already has Crystal Ball.
Jimbo: Spectral cards may appear in arcana packs.
Tainted Jimbo: Same effect as base game.
