Blast Helm is an unlockable passive item in TBoI: Retuned, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On pickup +5 bombs.
While held Instead of placing down bombs, create an explosion around Isaac.
This explosion does not hurt the user and maintains usual bomb modifiers.
How to unlock?
Defeat Delirium as 
Cadence.
