Crescendo is an unlockable passive item in TBoI: Retuned, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

When taking damage, Isaac unleashes a damaging scream around him, damaging nearby enemies.

The scream's damage and radius increase the more damage is taken on the same floor, maxing out after 20 damage instances.

Can break rocks, kill shopkeepers, and blow open doors after 10 damage instances.

Get all Completion marks as Cadence.
