Leitmotiv is an unlockable passive item in TBoI: Retuned, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

When in a hostile room, explosions are triggered with the same timing and position as the previous room's enemies' deaths.

The explosions deal 50% of the killed enemy's max HP, also inflicting any status effect it had.

Get all Completion marks as Cadence.
