Karaoke item
Karaoke is an unlockable passive item in TBoI: Retuned, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Upon entering a hostile room, a random enemy will be marked with a symbol above them.
Marked Enemies create a shockwave upon receiving any damage, spreading 80% of the damage taken to nearby enemies.
After being triggered, the symbol will reappear on a random enemy with a 3-second cooldown.
How to unlock?
Defeat Ultra Greedier as 
Cadence.
