Spawns a weakened The Bloom boss in the room Isaac died in.
(If the room had a boss, The Bloom spawns after it is cleared)

Doesn't lock the doors in the room, so The Bloom can be simply ignored.

Killing The Bloom will drop another Blooming Flower.

The more The Bloom is killed, the stronger it becomes the next time. (More health, attacks faster)
