Manual Training is an active item in The Bimbing of AIsaac, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Teleports Isaac to a special room.

In the room all Isaac's items are temporarily disabled. (except for the starting items)

The longer Isaac spends in the room, the stronger enemies begin to spawn.

For each enemy killed Isaac gets a point.

When Isaac takes damage, he gets teleported back to the room where Manual Training was used. (the damage is ignored)

For every 15 poins, spawns a random item from the current room's pool.

For every point left, spawn a Penny.

• 1-4 seconds → Small Maggot
• 4-10 seconds → Frowning Gaper
• 10-16 seconds → Moter
• 16-26 seconds → Globin
• 26-30 seconds → Hive
• 30-40 seconds → Coal Boy
• 40-50 seconds → Fly Trap
• 50-60 seconds → Eggy
• 60+ seconds → Cohort
