Kamijoan is an unlockable passive item in The Bimbing of AIsaac: Reedged, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Isaac has 10 + 3 * Luck% chance to shoot a red tear the inflicts Kami's Presence to the enemy it hits.

The effect can stack, resulting in different effects after it ends (or the enemy dies):

1 stack - The enemy is petrified for 1 second and gets struck by a beam of light that deals x0.5 or x1 of Isaac's damage 6 times in a very small area.

The beam of light doesn't damage players.

2 stacks - All enemies in an area are petrified for 10 seconds and get stuck by a beam of light that deals x3 of Isaac's damage (once).

The size of the area depends on the hitbox size of the enemy with the effect.

All enemies with Kami's Presence in a bigger area get the effect triggered immidietly.

The beams of light don't damage players.

3 stacks - Spawns a Lil' Kami's Shadow at random position in the room.
Lil' Kami's Shadow deals contact damage of 1x Isaac's Damage.

Lil' Kami's Shadow attacks the enemy dealing 9999 damage to all non-boss enemies in an area of ~1 tile.
Boss enemies only take x15 of Isaac's damage.

The effect will end in 5 seconds after the initial infliction, stacking it doesn't replenish the time.

Boss enemies have this time halved, and also they take half the damage of any of the effects described above.
