Runner's Watch is an unlockable passive item in The Bimbing of AIsaac: Reedged, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Shows a speedrun timer on the right side of the screen.
The timer shows the record time of reaching certain milestone of the run (they are empty at first).

When Isaac reaches a milestone with a better time than the record time, the record time updates and Isaac get a specific reward based on the milestone.

Some milestones have a minimum time, if the current time is less than the minimum, Isaac gets the reward anyways (even if the record time is less).

If the record time is empty, the rewards will be small (Usually 1 random pickup).

The record time is saved for future runs.

If Isaac is behind the timer, his stats slowly increase for 7 minutes and 30 seconds, up to:
• +0.5 Speed.
• +3 Flat Damage.
• +2 Fire Rate.
• +4 Luck.
When the the milestone is reached, it is recalculated for the next one.

Chapter 1
Goal: Clear the Boss Room on the second floor.
Reward: 3-6 random pickups.

Chapter 2
Goal: Clear the Boss Room on the fourth floor.
Reward: 3-6 random pickups.

Mom
Goal: Defeat Mom.
Reward: A random Secret Room item.

Boss Rush
Goal: Complete Boss Rush.
Reward: A choice between 2 random Secret Room items.
Minimum Time: 18 minutes.

It Lives
Goal: Defeat Mom's Heart / It Lives!.
Reward: A random Secret Room item.

Hush
Goal: Defeat Hush.
Reward: 3 random pickups, a trinket and a random item.
Minimum Time: 28 minutes.

Satan
Goal: Defeat Satan.
Reward: 3 random pickups, a trinket and a random item.

Isaac
Goal: Defeat Isaac.
Reward: 3 random pickups, a trinket and a random item.

The Lamb
Goal: Defeat The Lamb.
Reward: Key Piece 1 and Key Piece 2.

???
Goal: Defeat ??? (Blue Baby).
Reward: Key Piece 1 and Key Piece 2.

Mega Satan
Goal: Defeat Mega Satan.
Reward: Grants Eden's Blessing to all players.

The Void
Goal: Reach The Void floor.
Reward: Grants Eden's Blessing to all players.

Corpse
Goal: Reach Corpse I floor.
Reward: Grants Eden's Blessing to all players.

Dogma
Goal: Defeat Dogma.
Reward: Grants Eden's Blessing to all players.


Chapter 1 (Greed)
Goal: Reach Exit room at the first floor.
Reward: a Nickel.

Chapter 2 (Greed)
Goal: Reach Exit room at the second floor.
Reward: a Nickel.

Chapter 3 (Greed)
Goal: Reach Exit room at the third floor.
Reward: a Nickel.

Chapter 4 (Greed)
Goal: Reach Exit room at the fourth floor.
Reward: a Nickel.

Chapter 5 (Greed)
Goal: Reach Exit room at the fifth floor.
Reward: a Nickel.

Shop
Goal: Reach Exit room at the sixth floor.
Reward: a Nickel.

Greed
Goal: Defeat Ultra Greed (only in Greed Mode).
Reward: 2 Dimes.

Greedier
Goal: Defeat Ultra Greedier (only in Greedier Mode).
Reward: 2 Dimes.

Reach the last floor of [AIsaac]Static Seed under 7 minutes 30 seconds.
