Kami's Whip is an unlockable passive item in The Bimbing of AIsaac: Reedged, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

After 10 seconds in a hostile room, deals 7 + Floor * 3 damage to every enemy in the room, inflicts Fear and Weakness for 10 seconds.
Also deals fake damage to all players.

After the initial snap, deals x1.5 damage without inflicting any effects, every 10 seconds.
The players take real damage (always half a heart).

The damage is considered self-inflicted and doesnt decrease the deal chance.

Getting damaged by this item 13 times (including initial snap) in the same run removes the item and spawns and unlocks Rough Whip.

Multiple copies of the item makes it attack more often.
