[AIsaac]Strict Supervision is a challenge in The Bimbing of AIsaac, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Lil' Kami (inherent)

Note: this list does not include characters' default starting items.

Lil' Kami has an altered effect:

Always follows AIsaac.
Doesn't affect enemies, instead affects AIsaac, his tears, and familiars.

Has only half a second cooldown between changing his sign, and the sign stays for 2 seconds.

Exploding a bomb will disable Lil' Kami's sign for 15 seconds.
Exploding another one will cancel out the effect of the previous one.

This challenge represents how AIsaac feels negative reward when he does something wrong.

You will feel the same kind of pain while playing this challenge.
