Metal Worm is an unlockable trinket in The Bimbing of AIsaac, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+0.5 fire rate.
Grants spectral tears.
Tears float in the air for a few seconds and then get launched towards the place they were originally aimed at.
How to unlock?
Defeat Mother as 
Tainted AIsaac.
