Leaked Code trinket
Leaked Code is an unlockable trinket in The Bimbing of AIsaac: Reedged, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
When an active item is used, it has (1+LuckStat/15)×(0.8^Quality)/MaxCharges ×100% chance to keep its full charge.
In simple words:
Quality → chance.
Max Charges → chance.
→ chance.
Trinket multiplier → chance.
If the chance is more than 100%, the effect is guaranteed, and it decreases the chance by 100% for this room.
Does nothing to active items with special charge types (like Eraser).
For time-based items:
It will restore (1/Quality+3) ×100% of its charge instead.
Will trigger every time.
How to unlock?
Defeat Satan as 
AIsaac.

Trivia
This item's effect is a reference to a bug when AIsaac got infinite charges for his Fortune Cookie.
