Artemis item
Artemis is a passive item in The Gauntlet, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
An arrow facing a cardinal direction appears above Isaac that changes its direction every 5 seconds.
Tears shot in the same direction as the arrow gain a shot speed boost, ×1.5 damage multiplier and piercing properties.
