Dionysus is a passive item in The Gauntlet, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description

+1 damage.
+0.5 tears.
+1.25 range.
+1 luck.

+1 key.
Heals 1 red heart container.
Taking damage makes Isaac's movement slippery and distorts the screen for 6 seconds.
