Failure is an unlockable trinket in The Serpent, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
-3 luck.
Spawns Perfection if Isaac clears 3 boss rooms.
Will also drop Perfection in Greed Mode after defeating the boss waves of 3 floors.
How to unlock?
Defeat Mother as Tainted Serpent.
