Samsara is an unlockable trinket in The Serpent, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Upon respawning, Isaac receives:
• +1 full Red Heart container.
• A one-time-use Holy Mantle shield.
• x1.33 fire rate for 150 seconds.
• +0.4 speed for 150 seconds.
How to unlock?
Defeat Isaac, ???, Satan, and The Lamb as Tainted Serpent.
