Ammo (Medium) is a pickup in The Sheriff: Most Wanted, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Gives The Sheriff +3 ammo.

Able to be purchased in shops for 5 cents within the [The Sheriff] Wanted: Dead or Alive challenge.

Also has a 33% chance to be dropped by enemies with The Sheriff's Birthright. Surplus ammo will go over The Sheriff's max ammo count.
