Tainted Sheriff is an unlockable character in The Sheriff: Most Wanted, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Starting items

Description
Tainted Sheriff has a sawed-off shotgun that shoots 4 bullets and starts with 2 maximum ammo. Max ammo cannot go below 2.
Tainted Sheriff cannot reload naturally. They must switch to their whip using Holster and mark enemies with it. Marked enemies will drop ammo upon taking any damage. Ammo will move towards Tainted Sheriff.
Tainted Sheriff inherits most gun synergies from 
The Sheriff, though many are different in some way.
How to unlock?
Open up the hidden Red Door in the Home level as The Sheriff.
