[Edith: Rebuilt] Grudge is an unlockable challenge in Edith: Rebuilt, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

There are no starting items defined for this challenge.

Note: this list does not include characters' default starting items.

• Tainted Edith will start with spikes in her hood
• The hopdash will be replaced with a dash
• Dash will be faster than the hopdash
• Tainted Edith can rush into enemies and damage them without getting hurt
• Parry jump will be skiped, triggering the parry instantly
