Every door is an Arcade door that requires 1¢ to open.
Taking damage causes Isaac to lose money as if attacked by Greed.
Having 0¢ will kill Isaac.

Based on the rules set in the .xml file, the following special rooms are disabled during this challenge:

Defeat Isaac as Cain, and destroy 10 Tinted Rocks.
