The additional Mini-Boss Rooms have a different layout to normal Mini-Boss Rooms.

Sins and Super Sins have 1.5x more health.

Sins and Super Sins drop an assortment of pickups when defeated, alongside their normal drops.
Unlock: Defeat Ultra Greed as Edith.
