6.5 hearts: +1.15 flat damage, +0.15 speed.

6 hearts: +1.3 flat damage, +0.3 speed.

6-0.5 hearts: +0.2 flat damage for each missing heart.

1 heart: +3.3 flat damage, +0.3 speed.

0.5 hearts: +5 flat damage, +0.3 speed, +2 fire rate.
