It deals contact damage to enemies equal to Isaac's damage, 4.29 times per second.

Has a 0.22% chance to spawn when destroying a poop as Henry or Tainted Henry.

Also has a 1% followed by a 0.5% chance to spawn while playing as Tainted Henry and surviving after using Flush! while having Soul Hearts, and not in Dross.

Part of the Henry (playable character) mod.
This item contributes towards the Oh Crap transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac the ability to heal half a heart by destroying poop piles.
