On use Isaac holds it and starts shooting a cluster of bullets in the direction he is firing.

Each cluster fired uses a charge pip, and the active can be equipped at any charge level above 0.

Each bullet deals 2.5x Isaac's damage, and has piercing properties, but quickly shrinks and loses damage over time until disappearing, similar to Proptosis.

The bullets also copy Isaac's tear effects.
