Cat's Mushroom is a passive item in Bael, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On pickup Isaac becomes bigger.

While big:
x1.5 damage multiplier.
+0.2 damage.
+0.3 speed.

Taking damage while big protects Isaac and makes him smaller.

While small -0.2 damage.
-0.3 speed.
All damage taken is doubled.

While held More Cat Mushrooms can spawn from Tinted Rocks and occasionally new rooms.

Only appears while playing as Bael.

This item contributes towards the Fun Guy transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will give Isaac +1 full red heart container.
