Honed Voucher is a passive item in Battle Fantasy, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Items have a luck based chance to spawn with a shiny effect. The chance for an item to be shiny starts at 33% at 0 luck, and increases by 3.5% per point of luck, up to 100% at 20 luck.

Shiny items come in three varieties and grant specific stat ups upon collection:
• Foil: +0.1 fire rate.
• Holographic: +0.5 damage.
• Polychrome: ×1.15 damage multiplier.

Items with a price tag can not be shiny.

Shiny items affected by Curse of the Blind! will not have their type visible, but are indicated that they're shiny by playing a sound upon spawning in.
