Skinning Knife is a passive item in Battle Fantasy, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Killing an enemy has a 40% chance to skin them, spawning their devolved version but with 50% of the original's health.

Skinned enemies constantly produce red creep that doesn't damage itself, and have a 6.5% chance to spawn a random heart among the following when killed:

• Half Red Heart
• Red Heart
• Rotten Heart
• Double Red Heart
• Bone Heart
