Shrine Report is a passive item in Battle Fantasy, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Enemies will spawn a blue or red colored bar when killed.

The bar travels to the left if it's blue and to the right if it's red, then travels downwards after a short time, progressively increasing in speed.

The bar deals damage to enemies up to 15 times per second. Its damage increases based on how fast it is travelling.
