Glitched Penny is an unlockable trinket in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
When picking up a common coin, 5~100% chance to reroll it into a random coin.
Extra trinket multiplier +5% minimum chance up to 45%.
How to unlock?
Defeat Mega Satan on Hard Mode as Benighted Keeper.
