Paper Penny is an unlockable trinket in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
When picking up a coin, 15 + 3 × Value% chance to spawn a wisp of a book active item.
Rolls the chance again for every extra trinket multiplier.
How to unlock?
Defeat Mega Satan on Hard Mode as Benighted Keeper.
