Starry Penny is an unlockable trinket in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
When picking up a coin, grants +0.1% Planetarium chance, and 20 + 5 × Value × TrinketMultiplier% chance to spawn a Rune Shard.
How to unlock?
Defeat Mega Satan on Hard Mode as Benighted Keeper.
