Lilith's cake is a trinket in Birthcake, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Only available when playing as Lilith.

Familiars have a 25% chance to copy Lilith's tear effects.

At the start of each floor has a 10% chance to consume the trinket and grant a random demonic familiar.

If it happens the cake has a 25% chance to replace any future trinket.
