Tainted Lilith's cake trinket
Tainted Lilith's cake is a trinket in Birthcake, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Only available when playing as 
Tainted Lilith.
Spawns Incubus every other room and Succubus the room between that one.
When entering a boss fight, spawns both Incubus and Succubus.
The spawned familiars are only available for the current room.
