Tainted Lost's cake trinket
Tainted Lost's cake is a trinket in Birthcake, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Only available when playing as Tainted Lost.
Has a 50% chance to spawn an extra item when encountering an item pedestal.
If this occurs, the trinket has a 25% chance to self-destruct, dealing 100 damage to all enemies in the room and removing Tainted Lost's Holy Mantle in the process.
