The Lost's cake trinket
The Lost's cake is a trinket in Birthcake, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Only available when playing as The Lost.
While holding the Eternal D6, grants 2 guaranteed rerolls per floor that do not require any charges.
If The Lost is not holding the Eternal D6, he instead gains one free use of his active item per floor.
