Akedah is an unlockable passive item in Community Remix, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+3 full Red Heart containers.
+0.32 speed.
+0.6 tears.
×1.75 damage multiplier.
Heals 1 red heart container.
Grants flight.
Mom's foot will stomp near Isaac every few seconds, similar to the passive effect of Broken Shovel.
How to unlock?
Beat Insane Mode as Isaac.
