Gimp Beggar is a machine in Community Remix, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Costs half a heart to play. Prioritizes red hearts first. Starting from Chapter 4, costs a full heart to play. Not having enough HP to play can kill Isaac.

Possible payouts
• 10% -> Soul Heart
• 5% -> Half Soul Heart
• 2% -> Black Heart
• 2% -> Half Black Heart
• 1% -> Blended Heart

On Hard Mode, the first payout will happen after at least 6 donations, and any subsequent payout requires at least 3. On other modes, payout may happen anywhere between 1-8 donations.

Final payout
• Item from the item pool.

When destroyed
• +10% chance for an Angel/Devil Deal.
