Gluttony Mode is an unlockable difficulty in Community Remix, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

This is a gamemode that can be selected in the character menu.

Being an endless gamemode, there is no way to end a run besides abandoning or restarting it, which will not affect the win streak.

Run's difficulty can be manipulated by interacting with Ultra Gluttony.

Higher difficulty will cause Isaac to reduce more health upon taking a single hit.

Mode's special info are shown on Found HUD including mode indicator, difficulty value and counter of completed floors.

Defeat Mom's Heart 5 times.
