Resource changes is a passive item in Community Remix, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Resources and room clear awards have been reimplemented. The changes can be found below.

Normal Mode:
• Coins: 15% -> 25%.
• Hearts: 15% -> 20%.
• Keys: 20% -> 10%.

Hard Mode:
• Coins: 15% -> 30%.
• Hearts: 15% -> 25%.
• Keys: 20% -> 0%.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of this reimplementation, Broken Modem no longer duplicates pickups. Everything else behaves as expected.
