First Shopkeeper destroyed in current run will drop Store Key

Chests no longer spawns as a room clear reward in The Chest / Dark Room.

C Section was moved from Treasure Room to Devil Room and costs 2 hearts

Challenge Room and Boss Challenge Room now pay off with chest, unless Isaac holds Temporary Tattoo
