Rainy is a character in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

No starting items.

Does not appear in the character selection screen. It can be accessed via the mod challenge [DAMN] Cry Your Own Epitaph, or by reviving via The Rainy Doll.

Upon taking damage:

-0.1 speed
+2 fire delay
-1 flat damage
-1 range
-1 luck

If any of the stats above is lower than 1, taking damage will cause death.

Picking heart pickups grants slightly all stats up (5 red hearts can offset the all stats down from 1 hit.)

Rainy Doll is an imaginary supernatural phenomenon. It is similar to a Sunny doll, but it only brings storm, and may cause someone to suicide with no reason.
Inside a Rainy doll's head is a hoodle. This is the reason why the Birthright effect for Rainy Doll is to give it a consumable item names "Cracked Hoodle".
Its' robe is just a simple decoration.

If enabled The Future mod, Steven NPC will say:
"Oh, another suicide..."
"We tent to believe that the future will be better..."
"We have anything we want. We hate everything we have."
"It is the best of times. It is the worst of times."
"It is full of hopes. It is full of despairs."
"You could just have a look, then you could realise..."
"... that somewhere someone's got that worse."
