Tainted Juzzle is an unlockable character in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Dirty Nail Hammer (consumable slot)
1 Presence Level and 0 Presence EXP.

Only items with quality 2 or less can appear.

Dealing damage grants Presence EXP. When Juzzle has enough EXP, he grants Presence Level.

To grant 1 Presence Level, Juzzle needs to deal 500 × 2 ^ (PresenceLV - 1) damage. (250 at LV.0, 500 at LV.1, 1000 at LV.2, 2000 at LV.3 ...)

Dirty Nail Hammer consumes Presence Level instead of items when playing as Juzzle.

The game difficulty will scale with Presence Level.
• LV.0: Inflict weakness to all enemies permanently until Juzzle reaches LV.1 .
• LV.1: Normal.
• LV.2: 33% enemies becomes champion.
• LV.3: 67% enemies becomes champion.
• LV.4: 100% enemies becomes champion.
• For each Presence Level above 4, enemies grants +1 armor, Juzzle takes +1 more damage upon take hit.

Open up the hidden Red Door in the Home level as Juzzle.
