Dx6 is an active item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Reroll all item pedestrals with a special rule: Isaac will roll 6 random numbers ranged from 1 to 6 to decide the reroll results.

This item's dice results references to Bo Bing (中秋博饼), which is a Chinese dice game from Southern Fujian traditionally played as part of the celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival, also known as the Mooncake Festival. It is traditionally played with six dice and a china bowl. Bo Bing is a national-level intangible cultural heritage of China as of 2008.

Since the dice are "loaded", dice results with better rewards often do not means they're rarer.

This item's RNG seems to have some problem, and would tend to make a run full of good results / full of bad results.
