Concealed Razor item
Concealed Razor is a passive item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns X - Wheel of Fortune per new stage.
Colliding with some machines has a 35% chance to inflict Lacerate and:
• Deals half heart damage to Isaac, and grants +1 damage during Lacerate.
• Take 3 cents away from Isaac, deals 1 fake damage and grants +0.5 damage during Lacerate.
• Deals 1 fake damage to Isaac.
If Isaac do not has enough red hearts or coins, only takes fake damage effect to Isaac.
Isaac can also gain Lacerate even if he do not have enough coins to interact with these machines.
Lacerate causes Isaac to lose half red heart every 20 seconds.
2 stacks of Lacerate makes Isaac continuously leave damaging creeps.
3 or more stacks of Lacerate allows Isaac to release massive Haemolacria tears upon losing hearts. The amount of Haemolacria tears is based on the stacks of Lacerate.
Remove all Lacerate upon heal / upon run out of red hearts.
